Paradoks Masochistic Rampage adalah kekuatan inovasi, berani dan kuat ada dalam penciptaan struktur musikal lagu yang kompleks dan agresif dari nol, meski harus beberap kali hilang dalam beberapa progresi harmonik yang jelas atau alokasi catatan dinamis yang tidak berarti yang terjadi; dengan kata lain, musikal yang Masochistic Rampage ini menonjolkan sebagian dari apa yang bisa digunakan untuk membuat dirinya menjadi jahanam !, dengan degradasi yang sama sekali tidak mengurangi kenikmatan penuh semangat ketika metalhead mencerna dan mengkonsumsi-nya dari sisi kompleksitasnya dalam tempo yang sangat berat nan brutal, dan hanya menyoroti betapa kuatnya esensi dari hybrid death metal pada hari ini.
